ANDREA MONGIA

Italian illustrator Andrew Mongia brings SCOPE’s vision to life with his craft.

The Italian illustrator first founded his practice, Studio Pilar, in 2011. Since then, he’s been included in Forbes’ 30 Under 30, Europe Art & Culture list, and his work has also been recognized by The Society of Illustrators, American Illustration and the 3×3 Illustration Competition. Some of his popular clients include The New York Times, The Boston Globe, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and Architectural Digest.

Mongia worked on both the postcard and corporate video project for SCOPE Langsuan. In his art style, Mongia incorporates influences from art legends of the past: the simplicity of Matisse, the freedom and power of Picasso, and the immortality and timelessness of Piero della Francesca. The SCOPE aesthetic is curated on every level of what we do.
