  • Sell the property.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
  • Prepare reports on sales.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Female, 25–30 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales in real estate
  • Being able to communicate in English, both spoken and written, and Chinese is a plus.
  • Good personality, service-minded, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Owns a car and a driving licence
  • Fast learner and flexible person with good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask well

    Job Description
    • Coordinate with the designer team to produce new products to present to management.
    • Collaborate with the business development, project event construction, and marketing team tocreate and deliver the product.
    • Coordinate and deliver the necessary documentation and packages for conceptual idea,schematic design, design development, tender, construction, EIA building permits, and shopdrawings.
    • Arrange additional documents needed, such as schedules, quality control, budgets, sales andmarketing packages, contract administration, payment control, and processing.
    • Prepare project development, consultant team targets, timelines, and preliminary programmes.
    • Create the main concepts of the projects: special features, new products and technology, singularelements, design mood, and tone.
    • Manage project progress and set targets, deliverables, and requirements.
    • Work with the project team, internal departments, external consultants, professionals, andsuppliers to complete all project functions, from initial concept to construction.
    • Research on the real estate market and global trends.
    • Perform other related duties as required.

    • Master's Degree in Design, Interior Architecture from abroad
    • At least 5 years of experience in real estate project development, product development, ordesign-oriented
    • Direct experience in residential, luxury condominium
    • Prior exposure to writing/reading user stories and specifications and the execution of creative thinking skills in space planning, interior design, prop design, lifestyle creation, and architecture
    • Able to communicate in English by speaking, listening, writing, and presenting
    • Able to use MSOffice, Excel, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, free-hand sketching, SketchUp, or other rendering programmes.

You will be working closely with executives to identify new business opportunities, analyse market trends and competitor activities, and develop actionable insights that inform our business strategies.
      • Conduct, analyse, and collect data to assess competition.
      • Screen potential business opportunities by analysing market strategies.
      • Coordinate workflow between departments
      • Conduct a feasibility study, value, financial return, and proposal according to the winning strategic framework.
      • Manage cross-functional execution and assure the project delivers the targeted values.
      • Estimate the business opportunities and risks that will occur in the market and compare eachinvestment.
      • Participate in other related duties as required.
      • 25-35 years old
      • Bachelor's Degree in Financial and Master's Degree in MBA I BBA Thammasat Graduates arepreferred.
      • At least 1-2 years of experience in related fields
      • Good command in English: speaking, listening, and writing with a minimum IELTS of 6.5 or TOEFL of 90.
      • Great command in Microsoft Excel
      • Strong leadership with great team-working skills
      • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
