Salesperson (Property Consultant)

Job Description

  • Coordinate with the designer team to produce new products to present to management.
  • Collaborate with the business development, project event construction, and marketing team to create and deliver the product.
  • Coordinate and deliver the necessary documentation and packages for conceptual idea, schematic design, design development, tender, construction, EIA building permits, and shop drawings.
  • Arrange additional documents needed, such as schedules, quality control, budgets, sales and marketing packages, contract administration, payment control, and processing.
  • Prepare project development, consultant team targets, timelines, and preliminary programmes.
  • Create the main concepts of the projects: special features, new products and technology, singular elements, design mood, and tone.
  • Manage project progress and set targets, deliverables, and requirements.
  • Work with the project team, internal departments, external consultants, professionals, and suppliers to complete all project functions, from initial concept to construction.
  • Research on the real estate market and global trends.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Female, 25–30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales in real estate
  • Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written
  • Good personality, service-minded, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Owns a car and a driving licence
  • Fast learner and flexible person with good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask well
  • Owns a laptop with standard and work-related programmes (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Able to work 6 days a week
  • Able to move work locations according to the target project.
  • Hard-working, able to work under pressure
