Position: Salesperson (Property Consultant)

Job Description

  • Sell the property.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
  • Prepare reports on sales.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Female, 25–30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales in real estate
  • Being able to communicate in English, both spoken and written, and Chinese is a plus.
  • Good personality, service-minded, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Owns a car and a driving licence
  • Fast learner and flexible person with good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask well
  • Owns a laptop with standard and work-related programmes (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Able to work 6 days a week
  • Able to move work locations according to the target project.
  • Hard-working, able to work under pressure
